Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking an SAP EAM Technical Lead to architect, develop and implement SAP EAM solutions. You will supervise technical teams, govern asset lifecycles, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for scalable, reliable asset management.

The role requires leading SAP EAM/PM/CS with IS-U integration, GIS data linkage, and EPPM configuration, while driving project planning, budgets and hand‑on technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in SAP EAM/PM/CS with 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• SAP EAM certification preferred; PMP/Agile certifications are a plus.
• Strong SAP EAM/PM/CS and EPPM expertise with IS-U integration.
• Experience with GIS data integration and asset lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions aligned to business goals.
• Develop and oversee technical roadmaps and architectures for EAM initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and drive technical growth.
• Resolve complex production issues and review release notes for clients.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution for EAM deployments.
• Lead technical workshops and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Configure and integrate EAM with IS-U, GIS, SCM, MM, and FI/CO components.
• Manage assets, work, resources, maintenance and spatial data governance.
