Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management or technical program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects with scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Broad technical fluency across enterprise systems with credibility on architecture, integrations, data flows, and trade-offs.
• Ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while preserving team speed.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution framework for Enterprise Architecture initiatives with clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Support cross-system architects and single-system specialists with planning, tracking, and tailored communication.
• Coordinate product managers, developers, business analysts, SMEs, and partners to deliver architecture initiatives.
• Maintain a current view of the team’s portfolio in a single system of record and prioritize work against business needs.
• Identify project risks and cross-system dependencies early and drive resolution with clear context.
• Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting on delivery health and impact.
• Establish lightweight operating cadences for planning, status, risk review, decisions, and launch readiness.
• Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer of architecture decisions and best practices.
• Continuously improve planning, tracking, and communication in response to changing priorities.
