Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for ArsenalOS Forge Portal to bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution across MES, QMS, ERP, PLM, and WMS. You will coordinate product managers, engineers, business analysts, and external partners to deliver complex workflows efficiently while maintaining a single system of record for portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management or related roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical projects with scope, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Technical fluency across ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, or QMS with architecture and integration discussions.
• Ability to create structure in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with lightweight practices.
• Strong problem-solving, systems-thinking, and fact-based recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for business, technical, and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with portfolio visibility, dependency tracking, risk management, and status reporting.
• Experience running AI-enabled workflows and modern tooling to move faster than traditional PMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution framework for Forge Portal initiatives with clear scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Coordinate product managers, engineers, business analysts, and partners across internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain a current portfolio view in a single system of record and keep commitments visible.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, drive resolution, and elevate decisions with context and paths forward.
• Partner with engineering on integrations across Portal-touching systems and data flows.
• Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting on delivery health and impact.
• Establish lightweight cadences for planning, status, risk review, decisions, and launch readiness.
• Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer to keep decisions and assumptions durable.
