Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Architecture to bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution across PLM, ERP, MES, and WMS. You will support architects and specialists, providing planning, tracking, and communication scaffolding to deliver architecture initiatives without slowing teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical project/program management or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects with scope, milestones, and risks.
• Fluency across enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, MES, WMS) and architecture discussions.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments with lightweight practices.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own execution framework for EA initiatives with clear scope, milestones, owners, and risks.
• Plan, track, and communicate for cross-system architects and specialists.
• Coordinate product managers, developers, business analysts, and SMEs.
• Maintain a current portfolio view in a single system of record and prioritize work.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; drive issue resolution with context.
• Translate technical activity into concise business-facing delivery reporting.
• Establish lightweight cadences for planning, status, risk review, and launches.
• Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer of architecture decisions.
• Continuously improve planning, tracking, and communication to adapt to priorities.
