Anduril Industries, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for ArsenalOS Forge Portal to bring structure and disciplined execution across MES, QMS, ERP, PLM and WMS, coordinating multiple engineering and stakeholder teams and external partners to deliver fast, reliable workflows.

Qualifications

7+ years in technical program management or closely related role.
Experience leading complex cross-functional technical projects with scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, outcomes.
Technical fluency across ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, QMS with architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows familiarity.
Ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving environments while preserving speed.
Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking with fact-based recommendations.
Excellent reporting and communication for business, technical, and exec audiences.
Experience running AI-enabled workflows and modern tooling for faster program delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the execution framework for Forge Portal initiatives with clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, outcomes.
Coordinate product managers, engineers, business analysts, SMEs, and functional partners across quality, supply chain, buyers, finance, procurement, and external suppliers.
Maintain a current, single view of the Portal portfolio in a system of record; prioritize work against business needs.
Identify risks and cross-system dependencies early; drive issues to resolution with clear context and options.
Partner with engineering on integrations across Portal systems; sequence work and data flows.
Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting on delivery health and impact.
Establish lightweight cadences for planning, status, risk review, decisions, and launch readiness.
Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer to keep decisions and assumptions accessible.
