Job summary

IBM Finance & Operations seeks an Enterprise Architect to define end-to-end architecture for our consumption-based business. This principal-level role connects business strategy, enterprise applications, integrations, data platforms, and intended outcomes across Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product.

You will map the architecture roadmap for quote-to-cash ecosystems, guide investments, and create reusable patterns that enable teams to move faster with confidence while ensuring data

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture or related experience in SaaS/enterprise environments.
• Designs end-to-end architectures across quote-to-cash, revenue operations, or similar value streams.
• Deep fluency in SaaS apps, APIs, integration patterns, data modeling, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end-to-end enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmap for consumption-based ecosystems.
• Design scalable, frictionless flows across acquisition, quoting, contracting, provisioning, billing, and revenue accounting.
• Develop roadmaps balancing delivery, value, reliability, cost, security, and scalability.
• Partner with business and tech leaders to translate objectives into coherent investments with clear sequencing.
• Coach and mentor BSAs/architecture teams to raise design quality and engineering practices.
