Job summary

IBM Finance & Operations is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define end-to-end architecture for consumption-based systems, linking CRM, CPQ, contracts, usage metering, billing, and revenue accounting. You will shape data flows, integrations, and platform strategies while driving measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide investments and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Track record designing end-to-end architectures across quote-to-cash or similar value streams.
• Fluency in SaaS apps, integration patterns, APIs, data modeling, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end-to-end enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmap for Confluent’s consumption-based quote-to-cash ecosystem.
• Design scalable flows from acquisition through billing and revenue accounting with high data quality.
• Partner with leaders to translate objectives into coherent application, integration, and data investments with clear sequencing.
• Coach BSAs and engineers to improve solution design, data thinking, and engineering practices.
