Job summary

Berkley Technology Services (BTS) is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape enterprise architecture across business units. You will partner with executives to translate strategy into capabilities, guide modernization, and manage technology portfolios with emphasis on AI adoption and security.

The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in architecture disciplines, strong communication, and a track record of delivering business-value driven roadmaps in a complex insurance tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, developing/engineering solutions and leading multiple cross-domain engineering initiatives.
• 6+ years of experience spanning multiple business and technology domains, with substantial depth in at least one architecture discipline and working experience across two or more additional disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate organizational strategy into enterprise capabilities, target-state architectures, transition roadmaps, and informed technology investment decisions.
• Serving as a trusted advisor, the Enterprise Architect evaluates business value, cost, risk, architecture, data readiness, security, resilience, and organizational impact to recommend capabilities and technologies.
