Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our BTG practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy and solution design activities for large-scale insurance transformation initiatives, guiding target-state architectures and scalable integration patterns.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, drive AI-enabled modernization, and oversee multidisciplinary teams across onshore/offshore delivery to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience serving as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of the Life & Annuity value chain, including product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, billing, claims, and distribution.
• Experience with policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or similar PAS solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures utilizing APIs, middleware, event-driven solutions, and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure, and future-ready business, application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
