Job summary

Wolf Greenfield seeks an Enterprise Applications Engineer to support and optimize critical enterprise workflows, bridging business applications with IT infrastructure. You will act as a liaison between IT, vendors, and stakeholders, overseeing deployments, integrations, and ongoing enhancements across matter management, timekeeping, billing, and document management systems.

The role requires strong SQL, scripting, and API skills, with experience in legal tech and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in application support for legal/enterprise applications.
• Experience with enterprise back-end databases and multi-user software (on-prem or cloud).
• Knowledge of document management, financial apps, and IP management software.
• Experience with scripting and API integrations; Azure/AWS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to manage and support enterprise applications from research to ongoing support.
• Provide tier 2/3 support for document management, timekeeping, and billing systems.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage user access and security configurations across apps.
• Develop integrations using APIs and middleware; create automated workflows.
• Train end users and develop system documentation and knowledge bases.
• Lead implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
