Job summary

The University of Connecticut is seeking an Application Administrator 2 to join Information Technology Services (ITS) on a hybrid schedule at the Storrs campus. You will provide advanced administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications for Facilities Services, including AiM and ReADY platforms.

You will configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, integrate, and report on these systems, develop Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reliability,

Qualifications

• Associate degree and six years of related experience, OR bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience, OR eight years of related experience.
• Experience administering, supporting, and implementing enterprise applications in a production environment.
• Proficiency writing SQL queries for relational databases.
• Experience with digital process automation tools or reporting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration and production support for enterprise applications.
• Configure access, security settings, and integrations across multi-tier environments.
• Plan, test, and support new deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to improve reliability and performance.
