Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience with application support or administration.
  • Experience with enterprise housing management and meal plan management is a plus.
  • Experience with enterprise ticketing systems is desirable.
  • Higher Education experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the application administrator for operational computing systems and configure them to meet requirements.
  • Assist staff in departments who also administer computing systems.
  • Help establish roadmaps for computing systems used by customers.
  • Participate in implementing new systems for supported departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve application integration and automation with core systems.
  • Assist with reporting needs and day-to-day support, including triage.
