• Demonstrated experience overseeing enterprise applications that support large-scale, transaction-based or highly regulated business processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads Enterprise Application Strategy and Solution Design, designing and configuring enterprise application solutions to support business processes and requirements.
• Manages the end-to-end delivery of application enhancements, upgrades, and configuration changes, and oversees production support for stability.
• Partners with business leaders to understand priorities and advise on roadmaps, capabilities, and best practices.
• Oversees staff development, mentorship, performance reviews, and succession planning within the enterprise applications team.
