Alliance Technical Group seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the enterprise app portfolio across ERP, CRM, field operations and integrations. You will partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive automation, data quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple Enterprise Applications managers and teams.
• Proven ability to define architecture for ERP/CRM and integrations.
• Ability to partner with CTO/VP to execute roadmaps and budgets.
• Strong data-driven decision making and governance discipline.
• Comfort with vendor management and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach multiple EA managers across ERP, CRM, Field Ops, and integrations.
• Set priorities, drive delivery, and ensure reliability and quality.
• Align team structures to meet roadmaps and operations needs.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support growth and automation.
• Stay updated on vendor roadmaps and adopt capabilities into architecture.
• Serve as senior solution architect across Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceMax, Wrike, Atlas, Box.
• Define end-to-end designs balancing business needs with security and scale.
• Establish standards, governance, and review architecture decisions.
