Job summary

Fulton County Schools is seeking a Coordinator of Enterprise Applications to manage the implementation, configuration, customization, and support of multiple enterprise systems including SAP, OnBase, OpenText, Docusign, and SharePoint. The role includes developing custom applications, reports, and system integrations, as well as external and internal websites.

The incumbent will lead the team, oversee reporting and forms development, and train staff on application usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of technology experience required; experience with enterprise applications required.
• Experience managing SAP and SharePoint is required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise application upgrades, configurations, customization, integrations, and support (SAP, OnBase, OpenText, Docusign).
• Oversee development of reports, forms, and custom applications.
• Provide training for employees and school staff on applications.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for each application.
• Ensure thorough documentation for requirements, processes, and design.
