Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, MIS, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience with enterprise applications and ERP/SIS platforms.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, APIs, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the enterprise application portfolio.
• Develop roadmaps; modernize, consolidate, and integrate systems.
• Collaborate with departments to analyze processes and implement tech solutions.
• Oversee configuration, upgrades, testing, releases, and lifecycle planning.
• Lead APIs, data transfers, data governance, and system integrations.
• Ensure governance, security, and access controls for systems.
• Support reporting platforms and data quality initiatives with stakeholders.
• Coordinate security, SSO, provisioning, and compliance requirements.
• Lead major software implementations and cross-functional projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and performance.
• Supervise and mentor staff; provide leadership to analytics teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectures and dependencies.
• Oversee BI and data analytics tools like Prophix and Informer.
