Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Leader to oversee the management, development, and optimization of enterprise business systems in a complex environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise business applications, software development, or application management.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SaaS-based enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise application systems in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes, secure coding, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to gather requirements, translate concepts, and document solutions clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for enterprise business applications, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Provide operational oversight, performance management, and coaching for team success.
• Contribute hands-on development and coding support while establishing best practices and standards.
• Oversee analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of application solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and prioritize scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Guide troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing support for reliability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Present recommendations, prototypes, and enhancement plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across an integrated enterprise applications environment.
• Assist with strategic technology planning, budgeting, resource forecasting, and project prioritization.
• Support continuous improvement for usability, scalability, and security.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party implementation partners.
