Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership overseeing enterprise applications and strategic technology initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong expertise in ERP platforms, system integrations, APIs, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern software development practices.
• Proven success managing application budgets, vendor relationships, and large-scale technology implementations.
• Experience leading critical application support, migrations, outages, and executive escalation management.
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and application security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct the availability, lifecycle, and modernization of global enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, and core platforms.
• Establish application lifecycle frameworks, deployment strategies, and integration plans to minimize risk.
• Act as the ultimate authority for major outages, directing debugging, patching, and post-mortem reviews.
• Forecast software consumption, licensing requirements, and platform scalability to match growth.
• Negotiate contracts with software providers and manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Lead executive advisory meetings to align investments with KPIs and growth.
