AMI Metals, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Applications to own and improve non-ERP enterprise applications.

You will work with SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Laserfiche, and other tools, partnering with vendors and business owners to understand requirements, configure solutions, and document governance. This role emphasizes requirements elicitation, workflow design, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure secure, scalable, and well‑adopted platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of business systems analysis or related experience.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, writing functional specs, and maintaining traceability.
• Experience with ECM, collaboration, workflow, or SaaS platforms and testing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and support a portfolio of enterprise applications, including SharePoint, Laserfiche, Power Platform, and third‑party tools.
• Elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders; map to functional specs and tests.
• Coordinate testing, deployments, and user adoption; ensure security, data, and governance alignment.
• Design, configure, and optimize workflows, integrations, and documentation across platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and business owners to implement improvements and new capabilities.
