Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator to maintain and optimize our enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Adobe AEM, and the Power Platform.

You will manage security, roles, access, governance, and ensure reliable performance across teams and tools while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in enterprise application administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Experience with identity and access management.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations for security and performance.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform environments.
• Administer Teams settings and governance; ensure secure collaboration.
• Respond to support tickets and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps.
