Job summary

AMI Metals, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst – ERP to support and enhance its ERP portfolio. You will work with finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful testing and deployment.

The role requires collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure documented designs, configurations, and controls meet business needs and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of business systems analysis, ERP functional consulting, ERP implementation, or related experience.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, writing functional specifications, and maintaining traceability.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional ownership across current and future ERP platforms and modules.
• Elicit requirements from business owners, SMEs, vendors, and IT teams; document and prioritize needs.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, configurations, and testing plans; support deployment and adoption.
