Job summary

Culligan International is seeking an IT Manager, NetSuite and Service Operations, to own the NetSuite ERP platform and the tech stack for field and customer service operations. You will lead a small team, manage integrations, and drive roadmap alignment with finance and service leadership.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite configuration, strong communication skills, and experience with acquisitions or multi-entity environments. Travel to service branches may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise applications experience.
• 3+ years hands-on NetSuite administration or configuration.
• 2+ years leading people, contractors, or blended teams.
• Experience with integration patterns and data flow between systems.
• Experience supporting acquisition or system consolidation work.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite functional and technical aspects, including roles, saved searches, workflows, and reports.
• Manage NetSuite release calendar and coordinate regression testing.
• Maintain NetSuite integration with CRM, field service, dispatch, billing, and reporting platforms.
• Oversee the application stack for work orders, scheduling, dispatch, technician mobility, inventory, and service billing.
• Define and report operational metrics and ensure data supports them.
• Provide application support and conduct root-cause analyses on recurring issues.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and end-user training materials.
• Lead merger/acquisition tech integration from due diligence to post-close stabilization.
• Plan migration of acquired entities to the standard platform (COA, data, JST).
• Manage a small team of analysts/administrators and contract resources.
• Oversee vendor management, SOWs, and annual application budgeting.
• Ensure change control, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
