Job summary

MSA Professional Services seeks a strategic Leader for Enterprise Applications to govern Microsoft business applications (Dynamics 365 F&O, Customer Engagement, Power BI) and oversee the ERP product lifecycle across the organization.

Reporting to the CIO, you will drive architecture, security, and compliance while partnering with leaders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver scalable, value-driven technology solutions that support financial reporting and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of progressive technology experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and product governance for the Microsoft business applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365 F&O, Customer Engagement, Power BI).
• Lead application architecture, integration strategy, and solution design for secure, scalable platforms.
• Manage ERP-related enhancements, releases, and vendor-delivered work across the lifecycle.
• Establish controls for security, environment management, testing, documentation, and operational support.
• Direct product management for the ERP portfolio including backlog, roadmap, and releases.
