Job summary

MSA Professional Services in Beaver Dam, WI seeks a strategic Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead governance, architecture, and lifecycle management for our Microsoft business applications ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power BI.

Reporting to the CIO, you will partner across the business to deliver secure, scalable ERP and analytics platforms, manage vendor and project delivery, and develop a high‑performing team in an employee‑owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive technology experience required.
• Experience leading enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or related technology portfolios.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own governance for MSA’s Microsoft business applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power BI).
• Lead architecture, integration strategy, and solution design for secure, scalable platforms.
• Manage lifecycle of ERP enhancements, releases, customizations, and vendor work.
• Establish controls for security, environment management, testing, and documentation.
