Job summary

MSA Professional Services seeks a strategic Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead governance, product lifecycle, and the Microsoft business applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365 F&O, Customer Engagement, Power BI). Report to the CIO and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT across the organization.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive technology experience.
• Experience in IT and finance for Architecture/Engineering/Construction firms preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise apps/ERP platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own governance for Microsoft business applications ecosystem.
• Lead architecture, integration strategy, and solution design.
• Manage lifecycle of ERP-related enhancements, releases, customizations, support, and vendor-delivered work.
• Establish controls for security, compliance, environment management, testing, documentation, and operational support.
• Direct the product management process for the ERP portfolio, including backlog and roadmaps.
• Partner with leaders across departments to identify, develop, implement tech solutions.
• Analyze business needs and recommend technical solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Oversee reporting and analytics governance connected to ERP and CRM systems.
