Job summary

MSA Professional Services seeks a strategic Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead governance and lifecycle management for Microsoft business applications including Dynamics 365 and Power BI. You’ll partner with executives, vendors, and IT teams to shape secure, scalable technology solutions that support financial systems and reporting across the firm.

You will direct product management for ERP, drive roadmap and releases, and ensure KPI‑driven reporting aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Five years of progressive technology experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms preferred.
• Experience in IT and finance functions of Architecture/Engineering/Construction firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance for MSA’s Microsoft business applications ecosystem (Dynamics 365 F&O, Customer Engagement, Power BI).
• Lead architecture, integration strategy, and design for secure, scalable platforms.
• Manage ERP enhancements, releases, customizations, and vendor-delivered work.
• Establish security, compliance, environment management, testing, and documentation controls.
• Direct product management for ERP portfolio: intake, backlog, roadmap, releases, stakeholder comms.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and implement cost-effective tech solutions.
• Analyze business needs and align solutions with enterprise standards and goals.
• Establish governance for reporting/analytics connected to ERP/CRM, including KPI and data quality.
• Prepare timelines for releases, monitor progress, and report status.
• Oversee third-party vendors/partners to ensure timely delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT initiatives.
• Support IT planning: staffing, budgeting, and service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports; foster a positive employee experience.
• Participate in recruiting and hiring for direct reports.
