Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to champion enterprise analytics across Safety, Operations, and Quality. You will lead an Analytics Community of Practice and guide adoption of the Microsoft data platform, including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, elevating analysts across the business.

The role focuses on data-informed decision-making, enterprise standards, and building scalable dashboards to empower decisions at all levels. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data analytics experience in EPC environments.
• Experience across Safety, Operations, and Quality domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise Analytics Community of Practice and set reporting standards.
• Develop advanced analytics solutions to improve performance and reduce risk.
• Define enterprise dashboards and reporting standards in Power BI and Fabric.
• Evaluate emerging data tools and guide enterprise-wide adoption.
