Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Senior Manager of Data Reporting & Analytics to lead the enterprise Power BI and reporting function across ERP platforms. You will manage a team of Power BI developers and drive the transition to Microsoft Fabric–based analytics while maintaining governance and performance.

You will coordinate with business units, data platforms, and ERP teams to standardize reports, optimize models, and deliver scalable analytics across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in analytics, BI, or reporting roles.
• 3–7+ years managing Power BI developers or analytics teams.
• Proven experience leading reporting functions through architectural or platform transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across business units and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Power BI developers.
• Own delivery planning, capacity management, and prioritization across reporting demands.
• Establish technical standards and best practices across the team.
