Job summary

W.W. Williams in Irving, TX is seeking a Leader, Business Analytics & Data Management to own the analytics platform end to end.

You will drive the migration from Tableau to Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, oversee data architecture, governance, and KPI reporting for CFO, CEO, and business leaders. In this player-coach role you will lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts, partner with Finance, and ensure trusted data products that enable data-driven decisions across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive data/analytics experience with leadership.
• Expert Power BI with enterprise governance and deployment pipelines.
• Tableau experience to support migration efforts.
• Hands-on Azure data services and Fabric platform experience.
• Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills.
• Proven ability to partner with Finance/executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Own data architecture, lakehouse/warehouse and data modeling standards.
• Design and operate analytics pipelines across multiple data sources.
• Lead BI platform migration from Tableau to Power BI with minimal disruption.
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Build and lead a data-focused team of engineers and analysts.
