Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Senior Director of Agentic Software Development to lead the transformation of its software delivery lifecycle into an AI-native model. You will own strategy, governance, and measurement across the lifecycle from requirements to deployment, partnering with Enablement, Product Excellence, and the AI Foundry to define tools and platforms.

This leadership role reports to the CIO and drives adoption, velocity, and quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Technical fluency in modern software development and how AI tooling integrates across the lifecycle.
• Hands-on familiarity with the AI development tools landscape, including agentic coding frameworks, LLM-powered development, and the infrastructure that supports them.
• Track record delivering platform capabilities or transformation programs in an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading in fast-moving environments where the work itself is still being defined.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Development Strategy and Roadmap — Define and execute the roadmap for FactSet's transition to agentic development.
• Developer AI Tooling Strategy — Shape the portfolio of AI development tools and tool adoption.
• Governance and Alignment — Lead governance for agentic software development across the company.
• Standards, Skills, and Developer Infrastructure — Build infrastructure, standards, and learning curricula.
• Engineering Community and Adoption — Create forums and drive broad adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Token Budget and Cost Governance — Manage token and compute spend for agentic workflows.
• Measurement and Accountability — Define success metrics for velocity, quality, and AI-native work.
