Job summary

NiCE is seeking a product-focused AI transformation leader to define, develop and launch conversational AI agents that power high volumes of live customer interactions. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, and GTM teams to balance strategic thinking with hands-on agent design.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS or Information Systems, and an MBA is a strong advantage. You’ll juggle multiple complex projects, bridging technical and business teams to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations is a notable advantage.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.
• History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows.
• You won't be writing code daily, but you need enough technical depth to work with engineers and PMs.
• Capable of bridging product vision with working AI agents.
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.
• Practical understanding of deploying AI that serves real customers at volume.
• Skilled at using performance data to spot issues, mitigate risks, and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the crossroads of AI product strategy, pre-sales and customer success.
• Define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents for high-volume live interactions.
• Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders across the development lifecycle.
• Shape agent behavior through design, product intuition, and performance data.
• Surface data-driven action items to improve customer outcomes and decision-making.
