Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Senior Sales Director to drive net-new logos and enterprise pipeline for AI-led transformation, BPM, and consulting services. You will craft strategic account plans, engage C-suite buyers, and partner with solution teams to deliver differentiated value across the Professional & Business Services practice.

Travel extensively across the United States and Canada is expected. The ideal candidate has 13+ years in enterprise sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years may substitute each year of education.
• 13+ years of enterprise sales, relationship management, and account management experience.
• Proven experience originating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
• Demonstrated success closing net-new logo opportunities through consultative selling.
• Experience selling consulting, AI-led transformation, BPM, outsourcing, or managed services.
• Strong business acumen to engage C-suite executives and align solutions to client priorities.
• Ability to leverage industry trends to deliver differentiated value in a fast-paced sales culture.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, develop, and close opportunities to provide AI-led transformation, BPM, and business services solutions.
• Grow net-new enterprise pipelines and build account plans that accelerate revenue growth and partnerships.
• Collaborate with solution teams to develop compelling value propositions and differentiated offerings.
• Engage C-suite executives and stakeholders with executive-level communication and business cases.
• Travel as required to cover the United States and Canada and manage multi-service engagements.
