WRITER is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology, shaping how executives move from AI experimentation to full-scale value realization.

You will drive enterprise-wide transformation, influence product roadmap, and help top brands adopt an AI-first operating model from our NYC hub in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for large enterprises.
• Ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive presence for boards and cross-functional teams.
• Active listening and authentic leadership style.
• Background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 accounts with ROI and value initiatives.
• Define the JTBD framework with leadership to drive AI adoption.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor for AI priorities.
• Lead value realization and P&L impact through analyses and business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales on cross-sell and upsell.
• Develop decks and communications to scale transformation best practices.
