WRITER is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts. You’ll engineer change beyond software implementation, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact and guiding executives to an AI-first operating model.

You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, shaping the next industrial revolution by moving clients from AI experiments to full-scale value realization.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Ability to set vision and define frameworks for AI adoption and business impact.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives.
• Act as strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 accounts and define JTBD framework.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI at executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery by analyzing P&L impact in business reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and risk management.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Scale transformation practices by creating decks, frameworks, and communications.
