WRITER seeks a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts. You’ll shape change at the executive level, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact and guiding enterprises toward an AI-first operating model.

You’ll influence product roadmaps and help top brands deploy superintelligence at scale, working from our New York City hub in a hybrid setup. This role reports to the director of AI transformation and success.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with the ability to set vision and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for boards and cross-functional teams.
• Curious mindset and active listening, with a track record of leadership.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex environments.
• Intrinsic motivation aligned with company values: Connect, Challenge, Own.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fortune 50-100 accounts and lead ROI/value initiatives with the success manager.
• Serve as strategic transformation partner, setting vision and driving AI adoption across leadership teams.
• Build and manage C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor to elevate AI priorities.
• Lead value realization by analyzing P&L impact through surveys and interviews for business reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs across stakeholders, managing risks and updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities with sales for cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
