You will work closely with C-suite executives, guiding them through digital and AI innovation opportunities and helping to build enterprise-wide AI capability.

This pivotal role combines strategic direction and day-to-day client relationship management, ensuring engagements deliver measurable value and meet high standards expected by executives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of client-facing experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-workstream engagements.
• Strong track record of advising senior stakeholders and managing executive-level conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders.
• Lead engagements from scoping through discovery, recommendations, and roadmaps.
• Contribute to BrainStation's thought leadership and market presence.
