Job summary

BrainStation Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategist to work closely with global organizations transforming for the AI era. You will build enterprise-wide AI capabilities and advise senior leaders on digital and AI innovations.

Your main responsibilities will include managing relationships with executives, conducting assessments, and leading workshops. The role supports in-person collaboration, with a hybrid model encouraging four or more days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in a client-facing role with enterprise clients.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles is a plus.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and lead strategic conversations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, managing the relationship throughout engagements.
• Lead discovery and current-state assessments across people, process, and technology.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops that produce decisions.
