Job summary

BrainStation Inc. is seeking a Strategist, Enterprise to help global clients transform for the AI era. You will work with C-suite and leaders across AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data to build enterprise-wide AI capability and shape innovation roadmaps.

You will support discovery, workshops, and engagements, turning ambiguous business problems into structured viewpoints while maintaining high-quality deliverables for senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/strategy experience is a plus.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and present a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and leaders of AI, Product, Marketing, Design, and Data.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and guide discovery and opportunity identification.
• Learn client business models to identify where new capability would drive change.
• Support discovery and current-state assessments across people, process, and technology.
• Contribute to target-state capability designs and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to AI and digital innovation advisory work and product impact.
• Design, facilitate, and coordinate executive workshops and sessions.
• Structure proposals and engagement documents for a senior audience.
