Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Program Director, Strategic Accounts to lead end-to-end deployments for its largest enterprise customers, driving value realization across global organizations.

You will sponsor C-level executives and guide multi-stream AI transformation programs, coordinating Implementation Managers, Solution Architects, and Customer Engineering to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise customer delivery, professional services, or program management within SaaS/AI/CX transformation domains.
• Proven success leading large-scale software deployments for Fortune 500 customers with >$5M ARR and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Deep expertise in executive engagement, enterprise governance, and change management for complex technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of large-scale, multi-phase AI transformation programs across Cresta’s top enterprise customers.
• Serve as the senior sponsor for C-level stakeholders, providing strategic direction and proactive guidance on ROI.
• Lead a matrixed team to deliver implementations on time and within scope while balancing speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to forecast expansion opportunities and drive long-term growth.
