Job summary

Cresta is seeking an AI Success Manager to partner with Fortune 500 customers, translate AI capabilities into value, and drive product adoption. You will define success frameworks, guide adoption, and advise on process changes.

The role blends strategy, AI product expertise, and account ownership across executives, operations, and technical teams. You will travel ~25% and work across time zones, shaping how customers realize outcomes from AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

2–7+ years of experience in management consulting, customer-facing strategy + execution roles or similar environments (SaaS experience is a plus)
Thinks in frameworks and systems, not just tasks—able to break down ambiguous problems and drive structured solutions
Executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across levels

Responsibilities

Product Mastery & Hands-On Execution: understand Cresta’s products and guide customers on best use to drive results
Consultative Partnership: work with stakeholders to understand goals and provide practical solutions
Driving Customer Value: identify opportunities to improve performance and expand use cases with measurable impact
Account Ownership: maintain account health, renewals, and drive progress
