Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience building innovative applications or significant open-source contributions
• 2+ years explaining AI concepts to non-technical audiences
• 2+ years designing software with AI components and fallback mechanisms
• 4+ years working in an agile team
• 2+ years on AI observability and debugging (LLM tracing)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Transform enterprise processes using agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration
• Design AI-native architectures combining AI with distributed systems
• Map dependencies, analyze git history, and identify knowledge concentration to inform transformations
• Collaborate with clients to reimagine core business processes across industries
• Build and operate AI transformation patterns and real-time feedback loops
