• 4+ years working in an agile team
• 2+ years AI system observability and debugging (LLM tracing)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Design agentic architectures, multi-agent orchestration patterns
• Transform legacy cores into composable, event-driven architectures
• Map dependencies, analyze git history, and perform architectural discovery
• Collaborate with clients to deliver AI-native enterprise solutions
