Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications or open-source contributions.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing software systems that incorporate AI components.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an agile team.
• Experience with AI system observability and debugging (LLM tracing, failure analysis).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-native enterprise solutions using agentic architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
• Collaborate with clients to create scalable, secure cloud environments and AI strategies.
• Map dependencies, analyze git history, and perform architectural discovery before modification.
• Lead hands-on transformation initiatives and share best practices across teams.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on client needs.
