Based in California, you will partner with clients across financial services, healthcare, procurement, retail, and logistics to deliver scalable AI-native cloud solutions, observability, and resilient architectures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building innovative applications or equivalent OSS contributions.
• 2+ years explaining AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• 2+ years designing AI-enabled software systems with fallbackes.
• 4+ years working in an agile team.
• 2+ years of AI observability and debugging (LLM tracing).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native architectures using agentic and multi-agent patterns.
• Transform legacy cores into composable, event-driven systems.
• Collaborate with clients to define AI and cloud strategies and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead agile teams and ensure AI system observability and debugging.
• Map dependencies and analyze codebases to inform transformations.
