Job summary

Accenture seeks a Cloud Architect who will design multi-agent systems and composable AI architectures for enterprise-scale AI transformation. You will transform legacy processes into scalable, event-driven models and lead hands-on implementation across industries such as financial services, healthcare, procurement, retail, and logistics.

Travel may be required. You will pair AI capabilities with distributed patterns to deliver secure, scalable cloud-native solutions, while guiding teams on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience building interesting and innovative applications, or equivalent open-source contribution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience explaining complex AI concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing software systems that incorporate AI components.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an agile team.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience and understanding of AI system observability and debugging (LLM tracing, analyzing failure modes).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent architectures that blend AI with traditional distributed systems.
• Build composable AI systems and agentic frameworks for enterprise-scale transformation.
• Transform legacy cores into event-driven, AI-native architectures enabling human–AI collaboration at scale.
• Lead by example with hands-on, battle-hardened approach to AI transformation.
