The role emphasizes governance, licensing, access management, and collaboration with business teams to design prompts and AI-enabled workflows, including integrations with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

2+ years in application support or related IT operations.
Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting enterprise apps and users; translate requirements into solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication; experience with incident management (ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 AI platform support for Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and others.
Troubleshoot issues related to AI responses, integrations, access, and functionality.
Investigate outages and adoption challenges; escalate when needed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design prompts and AI-enabled workflows.
Administer governance, licensing, access management, and onboarding.
Create knowledge articles and training materials for users.
Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and more; test end-to-end workflows.
