Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in application support, business systems support, IT operations, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and business users.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and future AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues related to AI responses, integrations, permissions, access, and functionality.
• Investigate service disruptions, configuration issues, and AI adoption challenges.
• Escalate complex technical issues to platform vendors, engineering teams, or enterprise architecture groups as required.
• Monitor AI platform performance, usage trends, and recurring support issues.
• Partner with internal customers to identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI technologies.
• Assist business teams with prompt engineering, AI solution design, and optimization of AI-assisted processes.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend practical AI-driven solutions.
• Support pilot programs, proof-of-concepts, and adoption initiatives for new AI capabilities.
• Gather user feedback to improve effectiveness and usability of AI solutions.
• Support AI platform configuration, licensing, access management, and user onboarding.
• Assist with governance processes related to responsible AI usage, security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Maintain AI platform documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Help ensure AI tools are used in accordance with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
• Support integrations between AI platforms and enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and other business systems.
• Assist with automation workflows utilizing AI capabilities.
• Troubleshoot API, authentication, and data connectivity issues impacting AI solutions.
• Validate end-to-end functionality of AI-driven workflows and business processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for users adopting AI technologies.
• Deliver guidance, demonstrations, and coaching to internal customers on effective AI utilization.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to increase AI awareness and adoption across the organization.
• Create and maintain AI knowledge articles, support guides, best practices, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Develop reusable prompt libraries, use cases, and training materials.
• Document lessons learned, emerging capabilities, and recommended standards.
• Stay current on evolving AI technologies, features, and industry best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes through AI-enabled automation.
• Recommend new AI capabilities that could improve productivity, efficiency, and user experience.
• Participate in AI strategy discussions and roadmap planning initiatives.
