You will guide customers in deploying Claude capabilities—API, Claude Code, Cowork—and act as a trusted advisor on objectives, AI vision, and technical needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
• Experience with F500 tech, SaaS, or digital-first businesses at executive level.
• Ability to lead organization-wide change or adoption programs.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with senior customer decision makers in complex orgs.
• Own customer operations across the lifecycle with structured reviews and health checks.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's Claude products to guide customers.
• Drive adoption, ROI, and expansion through usage optimization.
• Monitor usage patterns and inform product roadmap through insights.
• Develop change management strategies and enablement programs.
• Prioritize across account workstreams to drive scalable motions.
