Job summary

Stack AI is building an AI platform that enables enterprises to design, deploy, and scale AI-powered workflows without requiring ML expertise. As an early AI Strategist, you will partner with customers to shape AI strategies, lead engagements from ideation to delivery, and guide adoption across industries.

You’ll blend consultancy, product strategy, and execution to extract customer value, influence product roadmap, and help Stack AI scale globally.

Responsibilities

• Executive Engagement: collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to scope AI use cases and define success.
• End-to-End Ownership: lead customer engagements from ideation to delivery with measurable adoption.
• AI Strategy & Value Discovery: identify AI workflow opportunities delivering ROI and competitive advantage.
• Customer Enablement: train customer teams to build and iterate on AI workflows using Stack AI’s no-code platform.
• Change Management: drive onboarding and adoption of AI solutions within customer operations.
• Product Feedback Loop: surface customer insights to inform Stack AI’s roadmap.
• Thought Leadership: contribute to playbooks and best practices to scale AI impact.
