Job summary

BrainHackathon is seeking an AI Strategist to lead client projects from discovery to delivery, shaping strategies and roadmaps for AI-enabled transformations. You will bridge vision and execution, guiding teams to unlock business value through clarity and speed.

You will collaborate with AI Solutions Architects and ML Engineers, driving measurable outcomes and adopting a fast-moving, self-managed approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy consulting, product strategy, or digital transformation, ideally within marketing, retail, or eCommerce.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they drive business growth, personalization, and automation.
• Proven ability to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and structured storytelling for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and strategy workshops with client stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Design clear AI roadmaps, from strategy through MVP and production launch.
• Define success metrics and track business outcomes (KPIs, ROI, adoption).
• Validate use cases through rapid experimentation and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate closely with AI Solutions Architects and ML Engineers.
• Communicate complex ideas through clear, compelling narratives and visuals.
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to executive teams.
